The following is a company announcement issued by Main Street Complex p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to Listing Rule 5.16.5.
QUOTE
The Company hereby announces that Marlene Seychell, holder of Maltese identity card number 600063(M) and residing at 51, Triq tal-Franciz, Swieqi, Malta, has tendered her resignation from the office of director of the Company and from the positions of Audit Committee member and Nominations Committee member. The Company thanks Ms Seychell for her service to the Company in preparation for, and in the period since, the Company's recent initial public offering.
The Company announces that it is in the process of identifying a suitable replacement for Ms Seychell. A further announcement in this respect shall follow in due course.
