UNQUOTED EMPLOYEE OPTIONS LAPSE
We wish to advise that:

(1) 65,000 unquoted employee options expiring 13 May 2013 exercisable at 30 cents; and
-
(2) 65,000 unquoted employee options expiring 9 June 2014 exercisable at 24 cents; and
-
(3) 50,000 unquoted employee options expiring 9 July 2015 exercisable at 22.5 cents have lapsed.
These employee options have lapsed in accordance with clause 14.2(a) of the Company’s Employee Share Option Plan because the option holder has ceased to be an employee of the Company.
