Please be advised that last July 12 th Mr. Santiago Horacio Seeber has informed his resignation as Regular Director, further expressing that his decision to leave the Board is strictly based on personal reasons.

In addition, we inform that on the date hereof, Mr. Marcos Brito, who was formerly acting as Alternate Director, has taken office as Regular Director until the next general shareholders’ meeting, pursuant to the provisions of section 14 of the Bank’s bylaws.
