MACQUARIE GROUP LIMITED – CORRECTION TO CONSOLIDATION RATIO

Further to ASX Circular 659/13 dated 12 December 2013, Macquarie Group Limited (the “Company”) advised that a general meeting of shareholders of the Company was held yesterday, Thursday 12 December 2013.

The Company’s fully paid ordinary shares will be consolidated on a 0.9438 for 1 basis (the "Consolidation").

The indicative timetable for the Consolidation remains the same and is as follows:

Thursday, 2 January 2014	Company ordinary shares commence trading on a normal
