Change of Company Secretary

After 15 years service with Macfarlane Group, Andrew Cotton has decided to leave the Company.  Following Andrew's departure today, John Love will be appointed as Company Secretary in addition to his Director duties.  The Board would like to thank Andrew for his many years of excellent service and wish him well in his new ventures.
