("Company") informs that on February16, 2021, the announcement of the National Depository for Securities(Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., "KDPW") was published onthe registration, as of Februrary 18, 2021, in the depository ofsecurities, under ISIN code PLMBION00016, 500 P series ordinary bearershares of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each.

Thus, the condition for the introduction of the above mentioned sharesas of February 18, 2021 to trading on the main market of the WarsawStock Exchange, about which the Company informed in the current reportno. 8/2021 of February 16, 2021, was fulfilled.
