Management Board of Mabion S.A. ("Company") informs that, the Companybecame aware of the declaration of the National Depository forSecurities S.A. on March 22, 2021 ("KDPW") issued on March 19, 2021regarding conditional registration in the securities depository, underthe code ISIN PLMBION00057, 2,430,554 rights to series U ordinary bearershares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each. The condition forregistering the rights to series U shares is their admission to tradingon the regulated market The registration of the rights to series Ushares will take place within 3 days from the receipt of the decision byKDPW on the admission of the above-mentioned rights to shares to betraded on the regulated market.

The registration of the rights to series U shares will take place within3 days from the receipt of the decision by KDPW on the admission of theabove-mentioned rights to shares to be traded on the regulated market.

The Company hereby reminds that the rights to series U shares werecreated in the implementation of Resolution No. 4/II/2021 of theExtraordinary General Meeting of the company under the name of MabionSpółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Konstantynów Łódzki ofFebruary 23, 2021 on increasing the Company's share capital by issuingordinary series bearer shares U, entirely waiving the existingshareholders of the subscription right of all U series shares, applyingfor the admission and introduction of series U shares and rights toseries U shares to trading on the regulated market operated by theWarsaw Stock Exchange, dematerialization of series U shares and rightsto U-series shares, authorization to conclude an agreement forregistration of U-series shares and rights to U-series shares in thesecurities depository and amendments to the Company's Articles ofAssociation. The Company informed about the conclusion of contracts forthe subscription for U series shares in the current report no. 23/2021of March 15, 2021.
