With reference to the current report No. 30/2020 of July 15, 2020 on theconclusion by Mabion S.A. ("Company") loan agreement with Glatton Sp. zo.o. ("Lender") in the amount of PLN 15 million ("Loan"), the ManagementBoard of the Company informs that on December 10, 2020, the partiesconcluded an Annex to loan the agreement, consequently the loanrepayment date was extended until December 31, 2021 (the previousrepayment date: December 31, 2020). The other terms and conditions ofthe Loan remained unchanged.
