The management board of Mabion S.A. ("Company") informs that on 25January 2021 the Company's Supervisory Board adopted the resolution onassignment of Board Member Adam Pietruszkiewicz to the Management Board.The assignment period specified in the resolution of the SupervisoryBoard starts on 25 January 2021 and ends on 25 April 2021.

Adam Pietruszkiewicz was appointed to the Company's Supervisory Boardunder the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Mabion S.A.dated 15 June 2020. In the period from 17 September, 2020 to 17December, 2020, he was delegated by the Supervisory Board to perform theduties of a Management Board member. Currently, the Supervisory Boardresolved to re-delegate Mr. Adam Pietruszkiewicz to perform the dutiesof a Management Board member.

Adam Pietruszkiewicz is a Partner at Twiti Investments. AdamPietruszkiewicz joined Twiti Investments in December 2019. In total,Adam has 22 years of experience in the area of private equity, focusingon M&A transactions; also, he has developed an extensive network in thebusiness community in CEE, especially in Poland. 2016-2019 - ManagingDirector of COAST2COAST CAPITAL, 2016-2019 - Chairman of the SupervisoryBoard of Krosno Glass Sp. z o.o., 2014-2015 - Partner of ICENTISCapital, 2001-2014 - Director at The Riverside Company. In 1998 Adamreceived Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from BostonUniversity, where he concentrated on International Management andInternational Relations. Adam Pietruszkiewicz is not involved in outsideactivity standing in competition to that of Mabion S.A., is not a partof a rival company as a partner of a general partnership, commonpartnership, or capital partnership and is not involved in a rival legalentity as a member of its authorities. He is not entered in the Registerof Insolvent Debtors operated pursuant to the law on the National CourtRegister.
