DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
LXi REIT plc announces the following purchases of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 124.50 pence per share pursuant to the Initial Issue as announced on 16 February 2021:
1. Stephen Hubbard (Non-Executive Chairman) purchased 16,000 Ordinary Shares; and
2. Jan Etherden (Non-Executive Director) purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares.
Additionally, Mr R Jon Gudelis, spouse of Patricia Dimond (Non-Executive Director), has today purchased 8,005 Ordinary Shares at a price of 124.916 pence per share.
