On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper d.d. publishes the following information:

Luka Koper informs the interested public, that the Workers' council of Luka Koper, d.d. has re-elected Mr Rok Parovel as the representative of workers in the Supervisory board of Luka Koper, d.d. Mr Parovel will start his new 4-year term of office on 13th September 2024.
