Subject: Allotment of equity shares under ESOP Schemes

This is to inform you that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee ('NRC') of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting today has approved allotment of 1,28,000 equity shares of face value Re.1/- each, to the LTIMindtree Employee Welfare Trust under the 'LTM Employees Stock Option Plan 2021' and 'LTM Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015'. The equity shares allotted above to the LTIMindtree Employee Welfare Trust shall be transferred to the eligible employees upon exercise of options.

All equity shares allotted above shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

The meeting commenced at 1:30 p.m. and concluded at 2:15 p.m.
