NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs")

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that LSL Property Services plc was notified on 21st June, that the following transaction took place in relation to the Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") share scheme.

The following PDMRs exercised their share options at an exercise price of 240p and subsequently disposed of the ordinary shares of 0.2p on the dates set out below:
