Hylea Metals Limited (ASX:HCO) ( Hylea or the Company ) refers to the consolidation of capital approved at the general meeting of the Company held today, 2 May 2019, approving a consolidation of capital in the Company on a 28 to 1 ratio ( Consolidation ).
