Loomis issues commercial papers
Loomis has today completed a first issue under its recently established Swedish commercial paper program.
The program enables Loomis to issue commercial papers up to a total amount of SEK 1,500 million. Commercial papers can be issued up to 12 months under the program. The commercial paper program forms a complement to Loomis core funding, diversifies the debt structure and creates increased flexibility concerning management of debt and liquidity. Loomis expects that the program will have a positive impact on the group's financial net.
Arranger of the program is Nordea and dealers are Nordea, Danske Bank and SEB.
