Sale of Jaguar and Land Rover business

Lookers plc, one of the leading UK motor retail and aftersales service groups, has completed a transaction with Cambria Automobiles plc ("Cambria") for the sale of a Jaguar and Land Rover business in Barnet, North London. Cambria already operate Jaguar dealerships North of London, and this transaction aligns representation of the Jaguar and Land Rover brands with the market area strategies of the manufacturer. The sale proceeds of the transaction were approximately £10.5m, received in cash.
