CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2007

The Company would like to clarify the information contained in the announcement dated 18 April 2008 regarding the results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2007.

This clarification is made to both the English and Chinese versions of the “Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2007” dated 18 April 2008 that a typographical error is found under Note 4 of “SEGMENT INFORMATION”.

Reference is made to the annual results announcement of China Financial Leasing Group Limited (the “ Company ”) for the year ended 31 December 2007 dated 18 April 2008.

This clarification is made to both the English and Chinese versions of the “Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2007” dated 18 April 2008 that a typographical error is found under Note 4 of “SEGMENT INFORMATION” and marked underlined italic as below.

4. SEGMENT INFORMATION

The Group is principally engaged in investment with a focus on investing in the financing leasing market in the PRC. During the year, the Group also invested in listed and unlisted companies. Accordingly, no separate analysis of segment information by business segment is presented.

The following is an analysis of the Group’s revenue and the carrying amount of segment assets, analysed by the geographical area in which the assets are located.
