Lode Resources Limited (‘LDR’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Wednesday, 30 June 2021.
Official quotation of LDR’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 12:30 pm AEST on Friday, 2 July 2021.
LDR raised $5,115,200 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 13 April 2021 as varied by a supplementary prospectus dated 6 May 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 25,576,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per shares.
