Group Chief Executive Acquisition of Shares

The Group was notified today that on 28 June 2016, the Group Chief Executive, António Horta-Osório, purchased 100,000 Shares in the Group at a price of 54.20 pence per Share.

This disclosure is made pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4. The transaction took place in the UK and the Shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
