LITGRID AB will establish a company to operate new electricity interconnections

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2014-02-14 13:23 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 14 February
2014, the Board of LITGRID AB (code 302564383) passed a decision regarding the
establishment of its subsidiary UAB Tinklo priežiūros centras. The main aim of
the activities of the new company will be to prepare for installation,
management and operation of the links between the power system of the Republic
of Lithuania and the power systems of the Republic of Poland and the Kingdom of
Sweden, as well as to accumulate competence and expertise related to the
management and operation of these international power links.

The authorised capital of the established private limited liability company
will amount to LTL 600 000. 100 per cent of the new company's shares will be
owned by LITGRID AB.
