Concerning the opinion of the Audit Committee

Lithuanian electricity transmission operator LITGRID AB (business ID 302564383, registered office address A. Juozapavičiaus 13, LT-09311, Vilnius, Lithuania), informs that on 3rd May  2019 the opinion of The Audit Committee of the holding company UAB EPSO-G was received on an intended drinking water supply and wastewater management services (I) and thermal energy supply (I)  transactions from SE Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant.

On 18 April 2019 the Audit Committee of EPSO-G UAB considered the transactions and stated, that:

• the transactions comply with market conditions, because the prices for the transactions are set by the administration of SE Visagino energija, under the guidance of the law of District Heating and the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices decisions, what is considered to be under the procurement market conditions by LITGRID administration.
• the transactions are fair and based on all LITGRID AB shareholders’ interests, considering the objective necessity of services for the usual operational needs of the LITGRID.
