Regarding the opinion of the Audit Committee 

Upon the request of the electricity transmission system operator LITGRID AB as of 18 June 2018, the Audit Committee of UAB EPSO-G has submitted an opinion regarding conclusion of an agreement between UAB EPSO-G and LITGRID AB on the transfer of tax losses. It has been stated that the transaction is fair with respect to all shareholders of LITGRID AB and that the transfer of tax losses is carried out in accordance with the procedure set forth in the Law on Corporate Income Tax.

Deliberations regarding conclusion of an agreement with UAB EPSO-G by the Board of LITGRID AB are scheduled for 13 July 2018.
