LISI ANNOUNCES THE DISPOSAL OF PRECIMETAL FONDERIE DE PRECISION TO THE CICLAD INVESTMENT FUND

Further to its press release of July 6, 2016, LISI AEROSPACE today announces that it has completed the disposal of PRECIMETAL FONDERIE DE PRECISION to the CICLAD Capital Investment Fund, alongside the management of PRECIMETAL.

With the acquisition of PRECIMETAL, CICLAD is continuing its strategy of growing its portfolio of industrial assets, especially in the aerospace market. LISI AEROSPACE is focusing on complex primary parts developed from strategic technologies, into which the Group is expanding, in particular in forging and forming.

PRECIMETAL manufactures metal parts in lost-wax casting for the international aerospace, defense, industrial and general mechanical markets, with an expertise that is acclaimed by its customers. PRECIMETAL sales in 2016 were €14.6 million. The company is located in Seneffe, (Belgium) with a staff of 122.
