THE LISI GROUP CONFIRMS THE CLOSING OF THE ACQUISITION OF 100% OF THE SHARES OF CREUZET AERONAUTIQUE AND INDRAERO-SIREN

The LISI Group (Euronext Paris - ISIN: FR 0000050353) today announced the completion of the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Creuzet Aéronautique and Indraero-Siren and their respective subsidiaries Creuzet Polska, Creuzet Morrocco and Indraero Morrocco.

This announcement concludes the process initiated by the release of March 18, 2011; it confirms LISI AEROSPACE's strategy of becoming an aerospace parts manufacturer specializing in assembly components with high technological content of a significant size to enable it to meet the requirements of OEM's in all major global programs.

The acquisition of both companies was conducted through LISI AEROSPACE CREUZET, a whollyowned subsidiary of LISI AEROSPACE. LISI AEROSPACE will thus bring together the existing Fasteners arm and the new LISI AEROSPACE Creuzet arm, which specializes in structural components and technical assemblies.

With approximately 1,500 people and sales revenue for the current year up considerably compared to 2010 (€ 107 million), this acquisition represents a major step in the development of the LISI Group.

Effective today, the transaction will lead the LISI Group to consolidate the two companies globally as of July 22, 2011.
