Amendment to 13 February 2017 ASX Announcement - Form 605 Notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder
Please find attached amended Form 605 Notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder from G Kluck Management & Investments Pty Ltd <G Kluck Drilling S/F A/C> which is an amendment to the form lodged with the ASX on 13 February 2017.
The amending form confirms that the nature of the change was not a reduction in holder’s interest, but was a dilution in percentage ownership as a result of the share placement by Liontown Resources Limited.
