Notice from Written Resolution

Today a Written Resolution was resolved pursuant to the notice of Written Resolution dated 14 June 2021 (the "Notice").

The Bond Trustee had received votes from a sufficient number of Voting Bonds to form a quorum. The Proposal (as defined in the Notice) obtained 100 % of the votes, and the Proposal was adopted according to the voting requirements of the Bond Terms and the Bond Trustee is authorised to take the necessary actions to implement the Proposal.

As the Proposal was adopted, the Issuer will pay an amendment fee in accordance with the Notice:

Record Date: End of business 17 June 2021 Payment Date: At the latest on 23 June 2021 Amount: EUR 2,000,000 (1% of the initial Issue Amount of Bonds)
