VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

INVESTMENT IN GUIZHOU ZHIQU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.

This is a voluntary announcement made by Linekong Interactive Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) in relation to the investment in Guizhou Zhiqu Network Technology Co., Ltd.* ( 貴州指趣網絡科技有限公司 ) (the “ Target Company ”).

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors of the Company (the “ Directors ”) wishes to announce that on 30 April 2015, Linekong Entertainment Technology Co., Ltd. (“ Linekong Entertainment ”), a company controlled by the Group through contractual arrangements, has entered into an investment agreement (the “ Investment Agreement ”) with the Target Company, the existing shareholders of the Target Company and the investors, pursuant to which Linekong Entertainment agreed to acquire 6% of the shareholding of the Target Company at the consideration of RMB5,714,300.

The Target Company is a company established in the People’s Republic of China with limited liability and is primarily engaged in the development of online trading platforms, including Taoshouyou (http://www.taoshouyou.com/). Taoshouyou is a third party mobile games trading platform which primarily focuses on the trading of gaming accounts.

To the best knowledge, information and belief of the Directors having made reasonable enquiries, as at the date of this announcement, each of the parties to the Investment Agreement and their respective beneficial owner(s) is an independent third party of the Company and its connected persons (as defined under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ GEM Listing Rules ”)).

With the rise in popularity of midcore and hardcore mobile games, there is growing importance of third party mobile game trading platform in the mobile games industry chain. In light of the aforesaid, the Directors are of the view that the investment in the Target Company will promote the synergy between developing mobile games and online trading platforms, which is in line with the business strategies of the Group. The Board considers that the terms of the Investment Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder are fair and reasonable and in the interests of the Company and its shareholders as a whole.
