The securities of Lightning Minerals Ltd (‘L1M’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of L1M, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 22 April 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

Lightning Minerals Limited (the Company ) requests a trading halt pursuant to ASX Listing 17.1 pending an announcement in relation to a proposed acquisition and capital raising.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 22 April 2024, or until the release of the announcement in respect of the above matters.

The Company is not aware of any reason why this trading halt request should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

This trading halt request has been approved by the Board of Directors.
