Resignation of Director Effective 28 November 2024

Lightning Minerals Ltd (Company) announces that Non-Executive Director, Francesco Cannavo, has given notice of his resignation as a Director of the Company. His resignation will be effective from on 28 November 2024 being the date of the Company’s Annual General Meeting.

Mr Cannavo is a founding director of Lightning Minerals and played a key role in the Company’s ASX listing and the acquisition of the Company’s assets. The Board thanks Mr Cannavo for his significant contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Managing Director, Alex Biggs said, “I would like to thank Frank for his contributions to Lightning Minerals over the past two years. Frank was the founder of the Company and a key part of its IPO on the ASX in 2022. Further, he was instrumental in the works and acquisitions the Company has completed since. It has been a pleasure working together and the board wishes him well in the future”.

The Board will announce a replacement director in due course.
