Re: Lida Resources Inc. (the “Company”) Consolidation of Shares
Pursuant to Policy 9 – Name Change, Stock Splits & Share Consolidations of the Canadian Securities Exchange, please be advised that on August 18, 2021, the Company will consolidate all of the issued and outstanding common shares without par value in the capital of the Company (the “ Shares ”) on the basis of twenty (20) pre-consolidation Shares for one (1) post-consolidation Share.
