F1: Received by Columbus Holding LLC ("CHLLC") in exchange for 575,096,759 shares of Cable and Wireless Communications Plc ordinary shares in connection with the acquisition of Cable and Wireless Communications Plc by the Issuer on May 16, 2016. The Issuer's securities received by CHLLC are exempt under Rule 16b-3 of the Securities Act of 1934, as amended. On the acquisition date, the closing price for each class of the Issuer's securities was: $38.16 per Liberty Global Class A share, $37.59 per Liberty Global Class C share, $40.06 per LiLAC Class A share and $42.02 per LiLAC Class C share.

F2: Such securities were acquired by CHLLC, in which the Reporting Person has a controlling interest. Accordingly, the Reporting Person may be deemed to be the indirect beneficial owner of the Issuer's securities owned by CHLLC. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
