二、股東接受他人徵求委託書前，應請徵求人提供徵求委託書之書面及廣告內容資料，或參考公司彙總之徵求人書

面及廣告資料，切實瞭解徵求人與擬支持被選舉人之背景資料及徵求人對股東會各項議案之意見。 三、受託代理人如非股東，請於股東戶號欄內填寫身分證字號或統一編號。

四、徵求人如為信託事業、股務代理機構，請於股東戶號欄內填寫統一編號。

五、其他議案事項性質依公開發行公司出席股東會使用委託書規則規定列示。

一、謹訂於民國114年3月25日(星期二)上午九時整，假台中市大里區國光路一段147號(本公司一樓會議室)召開本公司114年第一次股東臨時會。 本次會議受理股東開始報到時間為上午8時30分，報到處地點同開會地點。

  • 二、會議事項：(一)選舉事項：全面改選董事案。(二)其他事項：解除新任董事及其代表人競業之限制案。(三)臨時動議。

  • 三、本次股東臨時會會議主要內容，若有公司法第172條或證交法第26條之1規定之事項，除列舉於召集通知外，其主要內容，請逕至公開資訊觀 測站(網址：https://mops.twse.com.tw，點選「基本資料/電子書/年報及股東會相關資料(含存託憑證資料)」，輸入本公司代號及年度後再 選取股東會相關資料)查詢。
