Notice to the Annual General Meeting

Lehto Group Plc published on 6 May 2021 at 9 a.m. the notice to the company’s
Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 May 2021. In the notice it has been
erroneously stated that the shareholders are entitled to ask questions from the
management of the company until 17 May 2021 and that the answers to the
questions, alongside with the questions, would be published on the company’s
internet page no later than on 18 May 2021.

The company corrects the contents release so that the correct deadline for
presenting questions by the shareholders is 18 May 2021 and that the answers to
the questions, alongside with the questions, are published on the company’s
internet page no later than on 19 May 2021.

The notice and the table of important dates, that have been made public on the
company’s internet page, contain the correct information.

Attached is the revised version of the notice.
