APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMPANY SECRETARY
Legend Mining Limited (ASX: LEG, “Legend” or “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dennis Wilkins as Company Secretary.
Mr Wilkins is the principal of DWCorporate Pty Ltd and has more than 25 years financial and corporate management experience focused mainly in the resources sector and has acquired extensive financial, audit and company secretarial skills during his career.
Legend’s Managing Director, Mr Mark Wilson, said “we are very pleased to recruit someone of the calibre of Mr Wilkins and look forward to working with him and the team at DWCorporate.”
Mr Wilkins replaces Mr Tony Walsh and Mr Brett White. Mr Wilson said “we wish to acknowledge the very important contribution that Tony and Brett have made to Legend over the years. Both have served the shareholders, board and employees of Legend extremely well during their time with the Company”.
