Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 11, 2011, Lear Corporation (“Lear”) will make a presentation at the 2011 Deutsche Bank Global Auto Industry Conference. During this presentation, Lear will discuss its outlook for full year 2010, announce its outlook for full year 2011 and update its sales backlog. Lear also will webcast its management presentation on its website, www.lear.com , at 3:45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The presentation slides are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
