Update to Proxy Form for the Annual General Meeting

On 27 April 2021 the Company announced its Notice of Annual General Meeting, which was accompanied by a Proxy Form. It was subsequently recognised that Resolution 4 of the Proxy Form needed to be split into Resolutions 4(a) and 4(b). Accordingly we provide an updated Proxy Form below. Correct Proxy Forms have been sent to shareholders via email or post, depending on their communication preferences.
