LOYALTY OPTION ISSUE - STRONG TAKE-UP

Metminco Limited is pleased to advise that it has received acceptances from shareholders for approximately 90% of the 26,675,002 options offered pursuant to the Entitlement Rights Issue announced to the ASX on 25 October 2007.

The Company anticipates that securities will be allotted and holding statements despatched to shareholders on or before 11 December 2007.
