Company Secretary
Los Cerros Limited (ASX: LCL) (Los Cerros or the Company) advises that Julia Beckett has resigned from the position of Joint Company Secretary effective immediately. Jessamyn Lyons, who was appointed as Joint Company Secretary on 18 November 2019, will remain in the position of Company Secretary going forward.
The Company would like to thank Ms Beckett for her service and wish her all the best for her future.
