CFO / Company Secretary appointment

Los Cerros Limited (ASX: LCL) (Los Cerros or the Company) advises that Mr Blair Snowball has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Joint Company Secretary effective immediately. Jessamyn Lyons, who was appointed as Joint Company Secretary on 18 November 2019, will remain as Joint Company Secretary with Blair.

With increased momentum and substantial activity on many fronts, the Company has elected to appoint a Perth based CFO to strengthen and broaden its executive team. Mr Snowball was former Finance Director of the Beadell Resources Brazilian group companies, during the period Beadell constructed and commenced operating its US$100M gold mine and plant.

MD Jason Stirbinskis said “ we welcome Blair to the team and look forward to working with him at this pivotal period in our development .”
