Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

Metminco Limited (ASX: MNC) (“ Metminco ” or “ the Company ” ), advises that Ms Jessamyn Lyons has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, replacing Mr Andrew Metcalfe.

Jessamyn is a Chartered Secretary with 15 years’ experience working in the stockbroking and banking industries. She is an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia and she holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia with majors in Investment Finance, Corporate Finance and Marketing. Over the past 15 years Jessamyn has held various positions with Macquarie Bank, UBS Investment Bank (London) and more recently Patersons Securities. Jess is currently Company Secretary of RBR Group Limited (ASX: RBR), Southern Hemisphere Mining Limited (ASX: SUH) and a number of non-listed companies.

The Board thanks Mr Metcalfe for his service in assisting the Company and wishes him well in the future.

Ms Julia Beckett remains as Joint Company Secretary.
