APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR/COMPANY SECRETARY

Metminco Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Shane Turner as Director & Company Secretary, effective from 21 April 2008.

Mr. Turner is a Chartered Accountant with 22 years experience. He commenced his career in Audit with KPMG, Melbourne in 1987. Between 1990 and 2000, he worked for one of the largest regional public accounting practices in Victoria. In August, 2000 he established his own practice, Shane Turner & Associates, with some major clients in the earthmoving, mining and mineral exploration industries. Shane Turner & Associates are ASIC Registered Agents and assist many other Companies with Company Secretarial services. Shane will bring an enthusiastic approach to Metminco’s exploration activities and assist with ASIC, ASX and Tax compliance services through his role as Company Secretary.
