Directors Subscription
Landore Resources Limited (AIM:LND) announced on 16 February 2021 that it had raised gross proceeds of £3.5 million through a placing and subscription of 11,666,667 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 30 pence per new Ordinary Share with new and existing investors in the company (the "Fundraising").
As part of the Fundraising, it was announced that certain Directors of the company subscribed for the following number of shares:
