Land Securities Group PLC 7 May 2020 Land Securities Group PLC ("Landsec") Change of Remuneration Committee Chairman Landsec today announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, that Christophe Evain has become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.  Christophe has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since joining the Landsec Board as a Non-executive Director on 1 April 2019. Christophe will take over from Edward Bonham Carter, who has been Chairman of the Remuneration Committee since January 2019.   Edward will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee.
