Annual General Meeting
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Lake Resources NL (ASX: LKE) (the Company ) advises that the 2023 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company has been scheduled for Thursday 30 November 2023.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Wednesday, 11 October 2023.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Sydney time) on Wednesday 11 October 2023.
