Lloyd Fonds AG: successful implementation of a hotel transaction worth a nine-digit sum

Hamburg, 02.06.2016. Lloyd Fonds AG continues its successful series of transactions and investments in hotel real estate. According to the Hamburg-based multi investment- and assetmanager, several tourist hotels have been brokered to a reputable family office. The 4-star first class and 4-star superior hotels have been leased to a reputable operator on a long-term basis. Most are situated on the German coastline, and they have around 700 rooms in total. By brokering the hotel portfolio Lloyd Fonds AG has once again realised an asset investment project for institutional investors with an impact on revenue results. A further hotel transaction is currently being prepared.
