Lagardère SA extends the maturity of its financial liquidity
Lagardère SA has agreed with its banking partners to amend its syndicated loan agreement, particularly concerning:
- the immediate adjustment of the credit facility amount from €1.102 billion to €1.042 billion;
- the extension of the maturity of the facility from March 2023 to April 2024 for an amount of 982 million euros, with the option of an extension until April 2026, subject to the banks' agreement.
The syndicate of lending banks comprises Banco Santander, Barclays Bank, BNP Paribas, Citibank, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole CIB, Crédit Agricole d'Ile-de-France, Crédit Lyonnais, HSBC, ING Bank, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Natixis, Société Générale and UniCredit Bank.
This amendment was coordinated by Crédit Agricole CIB, acting as an agent.
