RE: Management Information Circular dated January 15, 2026 ("Information Circular") of Labrador Gold Corp. ("LabGold")

I, Roger Moss, Ph.D., P.Geo., am responsible for preparing and supervising the preparation of the disclosure relating to the properties of LabGold under the heading "Information Concerning the Corporation - The Corporation's Properties - The Hopedale Property" and "Information Concerning the Corporation - The Corporation's Properties - Borden Lake" in the Information Circular and I am responsible for preparing and supervising the preparation of the disclosure relating to Northern Shield's Root and Cellar Property under the heading "Description of the Change of Business - Initial Investment - Northern Shield's Root and Cellar Property" in the Information Circular.

I hereby consent to being named in the Information Circular and to the use of my statements or opinions in the Information Circular.
