Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with sub-para 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Wednesday, 10[th] day of November, 2021 had considered and approved the following:

1. Appointment of M/s. Mehta & Mehta, Practicing Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of 1 year with effect from 1st January, 2022 to 31st December, 2022.

2. Re-appointment of M/s Dhananjay V. Joshi & Associates, as the Cost Auditors for the accounting year ending on 31st December, 2022.

3. Re-appointment of M/s Ernst And Young LLP as the Internal Auditors of the Company for a period of 1 year with effect from 1st November, 2021.
