At today's meeting, the Supervisory Board of K+S Aktiengesellschaft
appointed Dr. Burkhard Lohr the new Chairman of the Board of Executive
Directors of K+S Aktiengesellschaft. With effect from 12 Mai 2017, Dr Lohr
- currently CFO of the Group - will succeed Norbert Steiner who is
retiring.
