The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that onDecember 16th 2020 it was notified that the Company's subsidiary PROKURANSFIZ had won the tender to purchase an unsecured retail debt portfoliosfrom one of the banks in Poland. The portfolios' face value isapproximately PLN 839m. The relevant agreement related to the tenderwill be announced by the Company promptly after its execution in aseparate report.
